The fifth race weekend of the Prototype Cup Germany is taking place at the Nürburgring – GEBHARDT Motorsport will be on the starting grid with three Duqueine D08.
The Prototype Cup Germany continues at the Nürburgring, with the German LMP3 championship completing its fifth race weekend in the Eifel. GEBHARDT Motorsport will be competing on the legendary circuit with three Duqueine D08. The Sinsheim-based team is aiming to achieve strong results once again.

Ahead of the race weekend at the Nürburgring, GEBHARDT Motorsport is reshuffling its driver line-up. Oscar Tunjo and Sweden's Alexzander Kristiansson will drive the LMP3 prototype with start number #1, while #80 will be driven by Michael Herich and Mikkel C Johansen. Once again, a third Duqueine will be entered under the Badischer Motorsport Club banner, driven by Jérémy Siffert and Jacob Erlbacher.
The team enjoyed a successful weekend at the Norisring, with the BMC Duqueine D08 setting the fastest lap in every session with Tunjo and Valentino Catalano. The duo also won the first race on the city circuit and narrowly missed out on victory in Sunday's race. In addition, Siffert, the grandson of Jo Siffert, and Jacob Erlbacher impressed with fast lap times, and Michael Herich won the Trophy classification once.

‘We are looking forward to the race weekend at the Nürburgring. At the Norisring, we were able to show what potential we have, and we want to do that again this weekend,’ said Fritz Gebhardt confidently. ‘We have adjusted the driver pairings ahead of this weekend and have created some very strong combinations. We are particularly pleased that Jérémy Siffert will be racing for us again. His performance at the Norisring was impressive and makes us very confident that he is on the right track. We also really enjoy working with him professionally.’
The two Prototype Cup Germany races at the Nürburgring will start on Saturday at 5:35 p.m. and on Sunday at 4:40 p.m. As usual, the races will cover a distance of 55 minutes and one lap. A mandatory pit stop with driver change will take place halfway through the race. The races, as well as the qualifying sessions on the respective morning of the race day, will be broadcast worldwide on the official livestream on YouTube.
